COnovate Advances to Shell’s “New Energy Challenge” Finals

We’re thrilled to announce that COnovate is a finalist in the prestigious Shell New Energy Challenge! This global competition is sponsored by Shell, along with Rockstart, Unknown Group and YES!Delft; the competition identifies and supports startups that can transform energy technology. It aims to find innovative solutions that could transform energy production, consumption, and management.

As finalists, we will present our novel carbon-based nanomaterial—the world’s only form of solid carbon monoxide—to a panel of industry experts, investors, and thought leaders in Helsinki, Finland during the Slush 2024 conference. This opportunity highlights our potential to reshape energy storage, and enables us to forge new collaborations and partnerships. COnovate is actively working on engaging with industry to raise the visibility of its one-of-a-king bio-sourced material for battery anodes.
